清代贵州民族地区农产品的加工与储藏技术较中原地区粗糙,发展相对缓慢,但在长期的区域生境与文化迫力的影响下,形成具有较强的地方特色和民族特色。
The processing and storage of agricultural products in Guizhou ethnic areas in the Qing Dynasty were more rough and developed relatively slowly than the Central Plains. However, under the influence of long-term regional habitats and cultural pressures, strong agricultural and local characteristics were formed.
