MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous gene regulatory elements involved in many important biological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. The abnormal miRNA expression exists in many solid tumors and hematological malignancies, indicating that miRNA may be involved in the occurrence and development of tumors. Wnt pathway is a classic signaling pathway, and its abnormal activation is closely related to the occurrence and development of many solid tumors and hematological malignancies. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a common malignancy of the hematological malignancies. A variety of miRNAs have been found to be abnormally expressed in ALL and have been associated with morbidity, treatment outcome, and prognosis. Abnormal activation of Wnt signaling pathway and abnormal inactivation of pathway inhibitor are seen in ALL, and these changes are closely related to the prognosis of ALL. This review summarizes the progress of mi RNAs and the role of Wnt signaling pathway in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and provides a new idea of targeted therapy for ALL.
