本实验观察了脉乐冲剂(ML)抗静脉血栓作用及其组织形态学变化。结果表明:脉乐冲剂高、低剂量组对大鼠下腔静脉血栓形成均有显著的抑制作用,并通过光镜、透射电镜、扫描电镜证实,脉乐冲剂具有保护大鼠下腔静脉内皮细胞、预防内皮细胞损害的功能,对抑制静脉血栓形成具有重要意义。
This experiment observed the effect of vein leukemia (thrombus granules) (ML) and its histomorphological changes. The results showed that both the high and low doses of Maile Granules had significant inhibitory effects on inferior venous thrombosis in rats. It was confirmed by light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy that Yinle Granules had protective effect on rat inferior vena cava endothelial cells. The function of preventing endothelial cell damage is of great significance in inhibiting venous thrombosis.
