为探讨奇异变形杆菌(PM)螺纹迁徙生长现象产生的原因。通过对细菌波动培养的接种时间、湿度、接种手法、培养时平板放置、外加磁场和酸碱度等因素的改变,观察PM螺纹迁徙生长现象。结果显示在密封罐里进行波动培养的平板中出现螺纹迁徙生长现象的频率较高,不论什么时候接种、接种手法如何、磁场的有无、培养时平板放置的方式如何,细菌在迁徙生长过程都能表现出螺旋迁徙生长现象,而且细菌的螺旋环旋转的方向都是逆时针。实验结果证明,PM螺纹迁徙生长需要特定的酸碱度环境,它的螺纹迁徙生长现象产生可能与其遗传特性和地球的自转有关。
In order to explore the causes of the migratory growth phenomenon of Proteus mirabilis (PM). Through the change of bacteria inoculation time, humidity, inoculation method, plate placement in culture, external magnetic field and pH and other factors, we observed the migratory growth of PM thread. The results showed that there was a high frequency of thread migration and growth in the flat-bottomed plate in a sealed jar. No matter when inoculation, inoculation method, magnetic field presence or not, how the plate was placed during culture, Can show the phenomenon of spiral migration and growth, and bacterial spiral ring rotation direction is counterclockwise. Experimental results show that PM thread migration and growth need a specific pH environment, and its thread migration and growth phenomenon may be related to their genetic characteristics and the Earth’s rotation.
