目的探讨彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)及彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)对乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别的诊断价值。方法对90例乳腺患者(良性62例,恶性28例)行CDFI和CDE检查,了解肿瘤周边及内部血流分布情况。结果血流显示率在CDFI和CDE中分别为65.56%和88.89%,CDE较CDFI提高23.33%(P<0.01)。乳腺恶性肿瘤CDFI及CDE大多数表现为血流丰富,且肿瘤内部血流多于肿瘤周边血流,显示率分别为68.00%和76.00%;良性肿瘤大多数表现为血流较为稀疏,且肿瘤周边血流多于肿瘤内部血流,显示率分别为67.65%和73.53%,两者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论CDE在显示乳腺肿瘤血流的敏感性和准确性上优于CDFI,但两者对乳腺肿瘤良恶性的鉴别无明显差别。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and color Doppler energy imaging (CDE) in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods CDFI and CDE were performed in 90 cases of breast (62 cases of benign and 28 cases of malignant), and the distribution of blood flow around and inside the tumor was investigated. Results The rate of blood flow showed 65.56% and 88.89% in CDFI and CDE, respectively, and CDEI increased 23.33% (P <0.01). The majority of breast malignant tumors CDFI and CDE showed abundant blood flow, and the blood flow inside the tumor more than the tumor peripheral blood flow, the rate was 68.00% and 76.00%; benign tumors were mostly sparse blood flow, and the periphery of the tumor The blood flow was more than the internal blood flow of the tumor, showing a rate of 67.65% and 73.53%, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion CDE is superior to CDFI in displaying the sensitivity and accuracy of breast tumor blood flow, but there is no significant difference between the two in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors.
