小学低年级学生责任心弱化问题已引起教育界人士的普遍关注,主要表现为学习马虎、做事不认真、随地乱扔垃圾、“唯我”中心、对父母态度不好、爱占小便宜,做事不计后果等现象。责任心是孩子做人、成人的基础,是一个人非常重要的素质之一。教育的支点应该落在“学生的发展”上。本文从责任心的重要性入手,在分析了低年级学生的个性心理特征基础上,较全面地阐述了培养责任心的有效策略,并就如何建立责任心培养的长效机制提出了见解,引导学生亲身体验,自主实践,对自己、对他人、对集体负责,做一个有责任心的人。
