研究了动态硫化对ABS力学性能及流变性能的影响,讨论了硫化剂用量、剪切应力、剪切速率对熔体流变行为、熔体黏度的影响及硫化剂用量对改性ABS力学性能的影响。结果表明:动态硫化改性的ABS熔体为假塑性流体,熔体表观黏度随硫化剂用量的增加而增大;在一定范围内随着硫化剂用量的增加,动态硫化改性ABS的拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度逐渐提高。
The influence of dynamic vulcanization on the mechanical properties and rheological properties of ABS was studied. The influence of the amount of vulcanizing agent, shear stress and shear rate on the rheological behavior and melt viscosity of the melt and the effect of vulcanizing agent on the mechanical properties of the modified ABS Impact. The results show that the dynamically vulcanized ABS melt is a pseudoplastic fluid, and the apparent viscosity of the melt increases with the increase of the amount of vulcanizing agent.
