Compound cephalexin capsule cefaclor and trimethoprim compound preparation, the application of double-wavelength double difference method [1] can simultaneously determine the content of the two components, and without isolation and extraction. This method is simple, fast and accurate. The average recovery was: cephalexin: 99.43%; trimethoprim: 99.90%.
