目的:观察止咳祛痰汤联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(mycoplasmal pneumonia,MP)患儿的临床疗效。方法:将符合病例入选标准的80例MP患儿按就诊的先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组用阿奇霉素,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药止咳祛痰汤。2组均治疗7 d为1个疗程,连续2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:观察组治愈率为82.50%,总有效率为97.50%;对照组治愈率为67.50%,总有效率为82.50%。2组治愈率、总有效率比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、发热、肺部细湿啰音、哮喘音等临床症状消失时间短于对照组,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。X射线胸片转阴率观察组为97.50%,对照组为85.00%。2组差异比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。2组单侧病变转阴率比较无明显差异;双侧病变转阴率比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:止咳祛痰汤联合阿奇霉素治疗MMP疗效显著,可较快消除咳嗽、发热、肺部细湿啰音、哮喘音等临床症状,降低白细胞,提高X射线胸片转阴率。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhike Qutan Decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia (MP). Methods: Eighty MP children who met the criteria for case selection were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of treatment. Each group included 40 cases. The control group with azithromycin, the observation group in the control group based on the use of Chinese medicine cough expectorant soup. Both groups were treated for 7 days for a course of treatment, after 2 consecutive courses of treatment to observe the effect. Results: The cure rate of the observation group was 82.50%, the total effective rate was 97.50%; the cure rate of the control group was 67.50%, the total effective rate was 82.50%. The two groups of cure rate, the total effective rate was significantly different (P <0.05). Observation group cough, fever, lungs fine wet rales, asthma sounds and other symptoms disappeared shorter than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). X-ray chest negative rate of observation group was 97.50%, the control group was 85.00%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of negative conversion between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Zhike Qutan Decoction combined with azithromycin treatment of MMP significant effect, can quickly eliminate cough, fever, lungs fine wet rales, asthma sounds and other clinical symptoms, reduce white blood cells and improve the rate of X-ray chest.
