目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者组织中IL-27和LTB4检测情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测50例非小细胞肺癌组织中的IL-27和LTB4的表达情况。结果 50例非小细胞肺癌组织中IL-27和LTB4总阳性表达率分别为42.00%和66.00%,正常组织中为86.67%和13.33%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。吸烟指数≥400组IL-27表达水平低于吸烟指数<400组,而LTB4表达水平高于吸烟指数<400组(均P<0.05)。IL-27和LTB4的表达均与肺癌分化程度相关(均P<0.05),并且IL-27和LTB4之间有负相关性(r=-0.713)。结论在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展过程中,IL-27和LTB4与之有着密切关联,通过对二者联合检测对其临床诊治有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the detection and clinical significance of IL-27 and LTB4 in tissues of non-small cell lung cancer patients. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IL-27 and LTB4 in 50 non-small cell lung cancer tissues. Results The positive rates of IL-27 and LTB4 expression in non-small cell lung cancer tissues were 42.00% and 66.00% respectively, and they were 86.67% and 13.33% in normal tissues (all P <0.05). The level of IL-27 in smoking group≥400 was lower than that in smoking group <400, while the level of LTB4 in smoking group was higher than that in group <400 (all P <0.05). The expression of IL-27 and LTB4 were correlated with the degree of lung cancer differentiation (all P <0.05), and there was a negative correlation between IL-27 and LTB4 (r = -0.713). Conclusion IL-27 and LTB4 are closely related to the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment by combining the two detection methods.
