以磺酸功能化离子液体代替对甲苯磺酸为催化剂催化合成α-甲基丙烯酸十二酯,比较不同离子液体的催化性能,选出最佳催化剂,探索其催化的最优条件并考察离子液体的循环使用效果,最终找到离子液体代替对甲苯磺酸做催化剂的优势。结果表明[(CH_3CH_2)_3N(CH_2)_3SO_3H][HSO_4]离子液体催化效果最好,最优条件为m([(CH_3CH_2)_3N(CH_2)_3SO_3H][HSO_4])/m(total)×100%=1.4%,n(α-methacrylic acid):n(lauryl alcohol)=2.0:1.0,m(inhibitor)/m(total)×100%=0.05%,反应温度为140℃,反应时间为4 h,酯化产率可达71.0%。循环使用5次后,酯化产率无明显下降。离子液体代替对甲苯磺酸做催化剂,提高了酯化产率,减少了粗酯处理中碱液和水的用量,从而减少了废水排放量,降低对环境的污染。
Catalytic synthesis of dodecyl α-methylacrylate by sulfonic acid functionalized ionic liquid instead of p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst was used to compare the catalytic performance of different ionic liquids. No significant drop in esterification yield after 5 cycles. Ionic liquid instead of p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst to improve the esterification yield, reducing the amount of lye and water treatment of crude ester, thereby reducing the discharge of waste water and reduce environmental pollution.
