随着我省第二届修志工作的全面展开,论述志书质量的文章日渐增多,这是非常好的事情。但在这些文章当中,谈论志书资料、特点、体例等问题的居多,而强调志书观点问题的却极少。的确,和志书资料、特点、体例相比,观点是一种潜在的,看不见、摸不着的但又无处不在的东西,谈起来比较困难。但这种困难不能成为忽视观点问题的理由。出于这种考虑,本人近来对志书观点问题作了些粗浅的思考,和广大方志同行进行探讨,以引起对这个问题的足够重视。 一、观点在志书质量诸要素中 With the full implementation of the second revision of the province’s work in our province, it is a very good thing to discuss an increasing number of articles on the quality of the journal. But this difficulty can not be a reason to ignore the point of view. Because of this consideration, I recently made some superficial thoughts on the issue of opinion books and discussed with the majority of local chicographers in order to arouse sufficient attention to this issue.
