目的：探讨地塞米松灌肠联合纳米银痔疮净治疗远段溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择40例符合轻、中度远段溃疡性结肠炎诊断的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各20例，观察组采用地塞米松灌肠联合纳米银痔疮净治疗，对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶口服治疗，比较两组的疗效和主要临床症状腹痛、腹泻、脓血便消失时间。结果观察组有效率为90％，对照组有效率为60％，两组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。观察组主要临床症状腹痛、腹泻、脓血便消失时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论地塞米松灌肠联合纳米银痔疮净治疗远段溃疡性结肠炎疗效良好，患者主要临床症状消失时间明显缩短，更快地减轻患者痛苦，提高生活质量，值得在临床上推广。“,”Objective To investigate the ef icacy and safety of dexamethasone enema and nano silver gel in treatment of patients with distal ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 40 patients were included in this study,al the patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Treatment group were treated with dexamethasone enema and nano silver gel,control group were treated withsulfasalazine.Ef icacy and time of symptoms disappearred were observed.Results The total ef ective rate of treatment group was 90.0%,the control group was 60.0%,the dif er-ences between the two groups were significant(P <0.05);The time of abdominal pain,diarrhea and bloody purulent stool disappearred in treatment group was significantly shorter than the con-trol group(P <0.05).Conclusion Curative ef ect of dexamethasone enema and nano silver gel in treatment of patients with distal ulcerative colitis was good,it al eviated the suf ering of patients and improved quality of life,deserve the clinical expansion.
