目的:研究抗戾饮对呼吸道冠状病毒——传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)感染的雏鸡模型的保护作用。方法:利用滴鼻、点眼方式接种IBV的7日龄雏鸡分层随机分为5组:模型组、治疗组(抗戾饮高、中、低3个剂量组)、阳性对照组(更昔洛韦组),另设用生理盐水接种7d龄的雏鸡为空白对照组。将所有攻毒组与生理盐水组雏鸡隔离放置在可调控的低温高湿环境中。从攻毒后第1天开始,分别灌胃给予模型组、空白对照组无菌生理盐水,治疗组高、中、低剂量组分别每天每只给予抗戾饮水煎剂10g/kg、20g/kg、40g/kg,阳性对照组每天每只给予更昔洛韦0.004g/kg。实验时间为5~7d。观察IBV感染模型临床症状、体温变化及死亡率。结果:与模型组相比,抗戾饮各组均能显著降低IBV模型升高的体温,使体温恢复正常,同时明显改善IBV模型的一般症状和呼吸道症状,降低模型死亡率。结论:抗戾饮对人工致雏鸡IBV感染模型具有改善一般症状和呼吸道症状、降低体温、改善中医证候、降低感染雏鸡死亡率的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the protective effect of Kangshuyin on a chicken model of respiratory coronavirus-infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) infection. METHODS: Seven-day-old chicks were randomly divided into five groups by intranasal inoculation and intraocular inoculation with IBV: model group, treatment group (three doses of high-, middle-, and low-dose groups) and positive control group (Gancicolo) Wei group), a 7-day-old chick was inoculated with normal saline as a blank control group. All challenge groups and saline group chicks were placed in a regulated, low temperature and high humidity environment. From the first day after the challenge, sterile saline was given to the model group and the blank control group by gavage respectively. The high, middle, and low dose groups of the treatment group were given 10 g/kg and 20 g/kg of water-based decoction every day. , 40g/kg, positive control group was given ganciclovir 0.004g/kg every day. The experimental time is 5-7d. Observe the clinical symptoms, body temperature changes and mortality of the IBV infection model. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the anti-JINYIYIN group could significantly reduce the elevated body temperature of the IBV model and normalize the body temperature. At the same time, it significantly improved the general symptoms and respiratory symptoms of the IBV model, and reduced the model mortality rate. Conclusion: Anti-Chuanyin has the effects of improving general symptoms and respiratory symptoms, lowering body temperature, improving TCM syndromes, and reducing the mortality rate of infected chicks in artificial chickens.
