目的分析超声产前规范化诊断在胎儿肢体畸形临床诊断中的效果及其价值。方法选取确诊为胎儿肢体畸形孕妇97例,对其实施超声产前规范化诊断,记录并汇总其胎儿肢体畸形检出情况。结果产前诊断胎儿肢体畸形总检出率为90.72%。手、足指数异常检出率与其余各项畸形类型检出率相比存在劣势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而其余类型检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。孕11~17周时检出率明显低于其余孕周期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余孕周期检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声产前规范化诊断对胎儿肢体畸形具有较高的检出率,但需选择合适的孕周,以充分提高其诊断准确率。
Objective To analyze the effect and value of ultrasonic prenatal standardized diagnosis in the clinical diagnosis of fetal limb deformity. Methods Ninety-seven pregnant women with fetal limb deformity were selected and diagnosed by ultrasonic prenatal prenatal diagnosis. The detection of fetus limb deformity was recorded and summarized. Results Prenatal diagnosis of fetal limb deformity the total detection rate was 90.72%. There was a significant difference between the detection rate of hand and foot index abnormalities and the detection rate of the other abnormal types (P <0.05), while the detection rate of the other types had no statistical significance (P> 0.05) . The detection rates at 11-17 weeks of gestation were significantly lower than those at the other gestational stages (P <0.05). The detection rates of the other gestational cycles were not significantly different (P> 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound prenatal standard diagnosis of fetus limb deformity has a high detection rate, but the need to select the appropriate gestational age in order to fully improve the diagnostic accuracy.
