用“闪光”法测量同心圆柱套筒之间的接触热阻,利用Laplace变换和热四端网络法建立了热参数估计的数学模型,根据灵敏度分析原理对测量系统所涉及的参数进行了分析计算,并以此提出了分段估计接触热阻和试样对流换热系数的方法。作者还实验研究了接触热阻与接触面压力的关系。所介绍的测量方法能够测量10~(-6)m~2K/W量级的接触热阻。
The thermal contact resistance between concentric cylindrical sleeves was measured by the “flash” method. The mathematical model of thermal parameter estimation was established by Laplace transform and thermal four-terminal network method. The parameters involved in the measurement system were analyzed according to the principle of sensitivity analysis Then, a method of estimating the contact thermal resistance and the convective heat transfer coefficient of the sample is proposed. The author also experimentally studied the relationship between contact resistance and contact pressure. The proposed measurement method can measure the contact resistance on the order of 10 ~ (-6) m ~ 2K / W.
