在单颗LED中,以1℃/W~30.5℃/W范围的散热器热阻值和0.5W~6.5W范围的负载电功率作为优化变量,40lm~460lm范围的光通量和7 100K~8 600K范围的色温作为目标变量,通过光-电-热理论和多重光谱模型优化白光LED的光谱功率分布.计算获得白光LED的光通量和相关色温在系统中变化时所对应的光谱功率分布,目标值与理论值的误差在5%以内.该理论模型可为LED照明系统的设计提供参考.
