千叶五号高炉配置了由川崎自己设计的喷煤系统。新近开发的喷吹控制系统及其管路系统,可准确控制各个风口的喷吹量,设备维修量最少,因为喷吹量的控制是在无机械驱动部件的情况下完成的。构成该喷吹系统的装备,既可将细矿粉、碳酸钙和转炉灰尘向风口进行单一喷吹,也可混合喷吹。可利用该系统向风口喷吹各种粉剂,控制铁水成份,如[Si]和[S]。 使用结果表明,该系统具有下述良好性能: (1)总喷次量控制的精确度为最高喷吹量的±1%; (2)各风口任意喷吹时的喷吹量控制精确度为最高喷吹量的±3%。 自一九八四年十月一日该系统竣工以来,运转一直顺利。
Chiba No. 5 blast furnace equipped with Kawasaki own design of coal injection system.
