山西某矿3405工作面采用一次采全高的综合机械化的采煤工艺,其矿压显现比较剧烈。为了更好地安全高效回采该工作面,通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件来分析该工作面回采时应力分布特征。结果表明:3405工作面超前支承压力峰值位置距煤壁5 m,影响范围为75 m,应力集中系数为2.3;固定支承压力峰值位置距煤壁15 m,影响范围为45 m,应力集中系数为2.0;工作面拉应力区范围在16 m左右。
A coal mine in Shanxi 3405 adopts a fully mechanized coal mining process with full-height mining, and its mine pressure appears rather violent. In order to safely and efficiently recover the working face, the FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to analyze the stress distribution characteristics of the working face during mining. The results show that the peak pressure of 3405 working face is 5 m away from the coal wall and the influence range is 75 m and the stress concentration factor is 2.3. The peak pressure of fixed support is 15 m away from the coal wall and the influence range is 45 m. The stress concentration coefficient is 2.0; the tensile stress zone of the working face is about 16 m.
