近年来,我校在教学实践中,充分发挥教学管理的导向作用,引导教师深入进行教学改革,较好地调动了教师教改和学生学习两个方面的积极性,收到了良好的教学效果,我们的做法和体会是:一、提出管理目标,明确教改方向我校在教学改革中明确提出了“以教师为主导、以学生为主体,面向全体学生,大面积提高教学质量”的管理目标。为了实现这一目标,我们注重发挥导向职能作用,采取有效措施,引导、鼓励教师在教学上大胆改革、创新。
