This article summarizes some of our experience in cryogenic treatment of LNG40. The addition of silicon can broaden the solution temperature range of low temperature treatment.We found that when 0.2-0.3% Si was added, good magnetic properties were obtained by solutionizing in a wide temperature range of 820 ℃ -1020 ℃ for 20 minutes.
