目的:初步探讨全口义齿上颌后牙区堤颊舌向位置对下颌Piezography中性区印模颊舌向位置的影响。方法:在临床门诊选择无牙颌患者5例,设定2种全口义齿上颌后牙区堤颊侧缘位置:1)与上颌基托颊侧缘在咬合平面投影线重合(B-0);2)位于上颌基托颊侧缘在咬合平面投影线偏舌侧3mm(B-3)。采用Piezography发音法制取下颌中性区印模,通过数字图像处理,测量印模面磨牙区(M),磨牙与双尖牙交界区(MP),双尖牙区(P)及前牙正中部(AC)的唇颊舌向位置变化,并使用配对T检验进行统计学分析(显著性水平α=0.05)。结果:在B-3条件下,MP和P的颊侧缘及颊舌中点的位置较B-0条件下的更偏向舌侧(P<0.05),且更接近牙槽嵴顶,M和AC各部位的位置虽与B-0条件下的无显著差异,但存在偏向舌侧的倾向。结论:全口义齿上颌后牙区堤偏向舌侧设定可引起下颌Piezography中性区印模颊侧缘同向偏移,有利于下颌人工牙排列更接近于牙槽嵴顶。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of buccal and lingual position of popliteal embossment on the buccal-lingual position of the mandibular Piezography neutral zone. Methods: Five patients with edentulous jaws were selected in the clinic. The buccal edge of the maxillary posterior teeth of the two maxillary posterior teeth was set up as follows: 1) coinciding with the projection plane of the maxillary base pedicle on the occlusal plane (B-0 ); 2) 3mm (B-3) on the lingual side of the maxillary base buccal buccal projection line on the occlusal plane. Piezography phonetic method was used to make the mandibular neutral zone impression, and the digital image processing was used to measure the molars area (M), molars and bicuspid area (MP), bicuspid area (P) and anterior teeth Changes in the buccal and lingual positions of the middle (AC) and statistical analysis using paired T-test (significance level α = 0.05). RESULTS: Under B-3, the buccal edge of MP and P and the midpoint of buccal tongue tended to be more lingual than those under B-0 (P <0.05), and closer to the alveolar crest, M and Although there was no significant difference in the location of AC between B-0 and B-0, there was a tendency to deviate to the lingual side. CONCLUSIONS: The maxillary posterior teeth area dimpled toward the lingual side of the maxillary denture can induce the same direction offset of the buccal lateral edge of the mandibular Piezography neutral zone, which is beneficial to the arrangement of mandibular artificial teeth closer to the alveolar crest.
