低压低渗气田的开发,套管柱的经济可靠性优化是降低开发成本的有效措施。通过对低压低渗苏里格气田现场的系统调研分析,根据实际情况初选出国产API长圆螺纹套管和螺纹脂,制定适用性评价试验方案,验证套管的各项性能,尤其是接头气密封效率。结合套管历史实物试验资料,采用可靠性安全系数法确定了套管柱设计所需的最低安全系数,用蒙特卡罗法校核了载荷变异性对套管柱可靠性的影响,成功设计了两套管柱方案。在油气田现场推广应用160多口井,至今运行良好,取得了显著的经济效益。
The development of low-pressure and low-permeability gas fields and the optimization of the economic reliability of the casing string are effective measures to reduce the development cost. Based on the systematic investigation and research on the field of low pressure and low permeability Sulige gas field, the domestic API long screw thread casing and thread grease were selected according to the actual conditions. The suitability evaluation test program was formulated to verify the performance of the casing, especially the joint gas Seal efficiency. Combined with the historical material test data of casing, the minimum safety factor of casing string design was determined by reliability safety factor method. The influence of load variability on the reliability of casing string was checked by Monte-Carlo method. Two pipe string program. More than 160 wells have been popularized and applied on the field of oil and gas fields and have operated well so far and achieved remarkable economic benefits.
