一、绪言双锥密封的初步试验与研究[一],验证了双锥封口的设计计算方法;指出了影响双锥封口密封的主要因素。但是,验证一个封口的密封性能与该封口工作的介质有关,而氮肥工业上的高压容器是在氮、氢气下工作的。因此,进一步完善双锥密封的试验,为年产十五万吨和三十万吨合成氨厂用的大口径双锥封口设计
I. INTRODUCTION The preliminary experiments and research on the double-cone seal [1] have verified the design and calculation method of the double-cone seal and pointed out the main factors that affect the double-cone seal. However, verifying that the sealing performance of a seal is related to the medium in which the seal is working, the high pressure vessel in the nitrogenous fertilizer industry operates under nitrogen and hydrogen. Therefore, to further improve the double-cone seal test, with an annual output of 150,000 tons and 300,000 tons of ammonia plant with a large diameter double cone seal design
