目的为了解东莞市餐饮单位食用盐碘含量情况,及时发现问题并采取相应干预措施,有效预防碘缺乏病,保障广大群众身体健康。方法随机抽样,碘盐按照(GB2721—2003)《中华人民共和国食用盐卫生标准》评价。结果全市监测餐饮单位共275间,碘盐监测275份,合格份数239份,合格率为86.9%。结论大型餐饮单位食用盐碘的含量合格率最高,中型餐饮单位次之,小型餐饮单位最差。
Objective To find out the iodine content of salt consumed by catering establishments in Dongguan City, find out the problems in time and take corresponding intervention measures to effectively prevent iodine deficiency disorders and ensure the general public’s health. Methods Random sampling, iodized salt in accordance with (GB2721-2003) “People’s Republic of China edible salt health standards” evaluation. Results A total of 275 food and beverage monitoring units were monitored in the city, 275 were iodized salt monitoring, 239 were qualified, with a pass rate of 86.9%. Conclusion The content of salt and iodine in large catering units has the highest pass rate, followed by medium-sized catering units and the smallest ones in small-sized catering units.
