本文对二十多年来(1992—2013)刊登在国内主要外语类核心期刊上有关外语学习动机的文章进行了检索,对其分别从理论和实证两方面进行了回顾,并按照不同的分类标准进行统计。结果显示,国内外语学习动机的实证研究数量与研究总量近年来总体呈上升趋势;实证研究中,研究内容以动机影响因素(动机与其他学习者因素之间的关系)、动机现状及类型居多;研究方法手段多为问卷调查和横向静态研究;研究对象以非英语专业大学生为主。最后,笔者就国内外语学习动机研究的特点提出存在的不足并对未来的研究进行了展望。
This essay searches the essay about the motivation of foreign language learning published in the core journals of major foreign languages in China for more than two decades (1992-2013), reviews them both theoretically and empirically, and according to different taxonomic criteria Statistics. The results show that the number of empirical studies and the total amount of research on the motivation of foreign language learning in China are generally on the rise in recent years. In the empirical research, most of the research focuses on the influencing factors of motivation (the relationship between motivation and other learner factors) Most of the research methods are questionnaires and horizontal static research. The subjects are non-English majors. Finally, the author puts forward the existing problems in the study of motivation of domestic and foreign language learning and prospects the future research.
