任务型教学模式能够培养学生综合语言运用的能力,让学生尽可能地用英语多做事情,不提倡教师在课堂教学中单纯地传授语言知识,而是要尽量运用任务型教学法,使学生在完成任务的过程中习得一定的语言知识,并达到使用语言进行交际的目的。任务型教学法以学生为主体的学习活动,注重学习者在完成任务的过程中获得知识经验。基于此,以任务型教学理论为出发点,通过分析任务型语言教学在阅读教学中的应用,并结合对英语阅读教学案例的分析,最后得出结论,即任务型语言教学是提高高职学生阅读能力的有效途径。
