随着现代科学的不断发展,生物工程技术作为21世纪最重要的三大技术之一,在社会发展中的地位越来越重要。但是,目前初中生物教学依旧存在很多弊端,生物学在初中教学中只是一门副科,并不是中考考试要求的科目之一,因此,在学校与家长“升学率第一位”的观念中,对于生物的学习不是很重视。但是,从长远来看,生物科学对于学生未来的发展是非常有必要的,甚至部分学生对于生物科学极具天赋,如果从少年时代就开始培养孩子的兴趣,那么孩子将来很可能从事这方面的工作,并成为这方面的专家。因此,在初中生物教学中,教师应该做好初中生物教学,摆正初中生物在学生心目中的地位,把要求学生学习生物知识转变成学生主动参与到学习中。
