目的探讨骨髓铁染色与急性白血病化疗效果之间的相互关系。方法采用显微镜计数骨髓原始细胞+幼稚细胞百分比、骨髓铁染色内外铁含量。结果急性白血病初治组、部分缓解组、完全缓解组和正常对照组的骨髓原始细胞+幼稚细胞分别为73.73±20.59%、12.13±4.12%、2.27±1.36%、1.33±0.59%,细胞外铁平均等级分别为2.8、2.125、1.167、1.4,内铁积分分别为85.28±15.92分、50.69±11.05分、32.47±7.06分、20.80±8.52分。结论急性白血病骨髓铁染色含量和急性白血病的化疗效果之间呈正相关,由此可用骨髓铁染色作为观察急性白血病疗效的又一个参考指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between bone marrow iron staining and chemotherapy efficacy of acute leukemia. Methods The percentage of bone marrow blasts and naive cells were counted by microscopy, and the contents of iron in bone marrow and iron were measured. Results The number of blast cells and naive cells in primary leukemia group, partial remission group, complete remission group and normal control group were 73.73 ± 20.59%, 12.13 ± 4.12%, 2.27 ± 1.36% and 1.33 ± 0.59% The average grade were 2.8,2.125,1.167,1.4, respectively, and the integral scores were 85.28 ± 15.92, 50.69 ± 11.05, 32.47 ± 7.06 and 20.80 ± 8.52 respectively. Conclusions Acute leukemia bone marrow iron staining and the efficacy of acute leukemia was positively correlated, which can be used as a marker of acute leukemia efficacy of bone marrow iron staining as another reference index.
