目的分析泉州市居民献血的影响因素,制订出适合泉州市的献血招募策略和服务导向,并为其他血站改善献血服务提供思路。方法利用自行设计的问卷,对7 500人次泉州市居民进行调查分析,针对性地提出社会营销策略。结果泉州市居民有良好的献血动机,献血者(4 427人次)和未献血者(2 996人次)对献血知识的知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),单位组织的宣传发动是目前我市献血者了解知识和接受招募的最主要方式,献血者对献血服务最不满意的分别为献血宣传资料、献血地点和献血纪念品种类。未献血者未参加献血的主要原因为献血不方便和担心健康状况,未献血者在应急、互助、血液库存紧张等情况下愿意参加献血。结论无偿献血服务应根据血站的实际情况,利用社会营稍方法,制定出有针对性的献血服务导向。
Objective To analyze the influential factors of blood donation in Quanzhou and draw up a strategy of blood donation recruitment and service orientation suitable for Quanzhou and to provide ideas for other blood stations to improve blood donation services. Methods Using self-designed questionnaires, 7 500 residents of Quanzhou were investigated and analyzed, and social marketing strategies were put forward. Results Residents in Quanzhou had a good motivation for blood donation. There was a significant difference in awareness of blood donation between donors (4 427) and donors (2 996) (P <0.05) Blood donors in our city understand the most important ways of receiving knowledge and receiving donations. The most dissatisfied with blood donors’ blood donation are blood donation materials, blood donation sites and types of blood donation souvenirs. The main reason that no blood donors did not participate in blood donation is inconvenience of blood donation and worry about health status. Blood donors are willing to participate in blood donation in case of emergency, mutual aid and blood stock shortage. Conclusion The blood donation service should be based on the actual situation of the blood bank, the use of social camp slightly method, to develop targeted blood service-oriented.
