对型材连轧线减速箱、机架的固有频率进行了现场实测 ,发现轧制速度提高后轧机传动系统转动频率、齿轮箱啮合频率与机架固有频率存在谐振关系 ,由此带来的动载效应是传动系统过早失效的主要原因。
The measured natural frequency of gearbox and frame of profile continuous rolling mill was measured on site. It was found that there was a resonance between the rolling frequency of the transmission system and the natural frequency of the gear box after the rolling speed was increased. The dynamic load Effect is the main reason for the transmission system premature failure.
