针对我国高凝原油的特点及管输沿线的地貌、地带气象条件。分析其特殊的流变性,认为高凝原油的输送温度必须高于凝固点,设计上提出以下技术措施确保安全输送。①各站设置水套加热炉,管道保温采用聚氨酯泡沫外加黄夹克,高压热稀油循环等;②选用高强度钢管及对钢管的强度、热应力及稳定性的核算;③在站内流动运行过程中各阶段的防凝和停运再启动,各设备的防凝保温等;④施工中的特殊要求,试压后的清管预热及投油试运等。 投产运行表明:设计所采取措施得当,施工达到了设计要求;突破了高凝原油输送的技术难关,取得了较高的经济效益,为今后大规模开发高凝原油提供了实践依据。

The commissioning shows that the measures taken by the design are proper and the construction meets the design requirements. The technical difficulties of high-coagulant crude oil transportation have been broken through and the high economic benefits have been achieved. This provides a practical basis for large-scale development of high-condensable crude oil in the future.
