兼职教师是中职学校教师队伍建设必不可少的一部分,但江西中职兼职教师建设现状不容乐观,存在数量不足、稳定性差、管理难度大、教学水平有限、来源渠道单一等问题。存在这些问题的原因是政策法规不健全、资金不足、学校重视程度不够等。针对问题提出建议,加大财政支持力度、加强校企合作、建立健全政策法规以及提高职教水平,以期对中职兼职教师发展有所裨益。 Part-time teachers are an indispensable part of the construction of teachers’ ranks in secondary vocational schools. However, the status quo of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools in Jiangxi Province is not optimistic. There are some problems such as insufficient quantity, poor stability, difficult management, limited teaching level and single source channels. The reasons for these problems are inadequate policies and regulations, insufficient funds and insufficient emphasis on schools. Proposed for the problem, increase financial support, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, establish and improve policies and regulations and improve vocational education, with a view to the development of part-time teachers benefit.
