本研究探讨TgAb阳性(>115IU/mL)、TgAb阴性(<115IU/mL)两组分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)患者血清甲状腺球蛋白(Tg)阳性率的差异;研究血清Tg测定值是否与TgAb浓度呈相关性。通过回顾性收集DTC甲状腺去除后的随访患者,计算TgAb阴性、TgAb阳性组的Tg阳性(>10μg/L)率,绘制TgAb-Tg散点图,从而分析TgAb浓度与Tg测定值的相关性。结果显示:收集到252例DTC随访患者中,有47例TgAb阳性的DTC患者,血清Tg阳性率为14.89%(7/47);剩余205例TgAb阴性的DTC患者,Tg阳性率为29.76%(61/205)。将有确切Tg、TgAb值的83例DTC患者分为TgAb阳性组、TgAb阴性组和混合组,3组的Tg测定值与TgAb浓度均没有相关性。结果表明TgAb阳性的DTC患者的Tg阳性率只有TgAb阴性DTC患者Tg阳性率的一半左右;血清Tg测定值与TgAb浓度没有相关性,不能用TgAb浓度预测对Tg测定值的干扰。
This study was aimed to investigate the difference of the serum thyroglobulin (Tg) positive rate between TgAb positive (> 115IU / mL) and TgAb negative (<115IU / mL) patients with two thyroid carcinomas (DTC) Concentration was correlated. The TgAb-positive and TgAb-positive groups were scored as Tg positive (> 10 μg / L) by retrospectively collecting patients following thyroid removal after DTC. The TgAb-Tg scatter plot was plotted to analyze the correlation between TgAb concentration and Tg measurements. The results showed that of the 252 patients with DTC follow-up, 47 patients with TgAb-positive DTC had a positive serum Tg of 14.89% (7/47). The remaining 205 patients with TgAb-negative DTC had a positive Tg of 29.76% 61/205). 83 patients with definite Tg and TgAb values were divided into TgAb positive group, TgAb negative group and mixed group. There was no correlation between Tg measured value and TgAb concentration in three groups. The results showed that the positive rate of Tg in TgAb-positive DTC patients was only about half of that in TgAb-negative DTC patients. The serum Tg was not correlated with the concentration of TgAb, and the TgAb concentration could not be used to predict the interference with the measured value of Tg.
