目的:测定鄂西北地区白及块茎中总酚的含量。方法:以没食子酸为对照品,采用Folin-酚比色法,运用可见-紫外分光光度法测定不同产地白及块茎中总酚的含量。结果:采用Folin-酚比色法测定白及中总酚含量,准确度好,精密度高。没食子酸对照品在0.005 3~0.063 6 mg·ml~(-1)的范围内线性良好(r=0.999 1),平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=1.55%(n=6)。结论:16种不同产地的白及药材中总酚含量差异较大,其中保康城关,河南淅川县荆紫关镇,及郧县鲍峡的白及药材含量较高,大于10.0%,产于郧县城关的白及药材含量较低,小于2.0%。白及产地不同,总酚含量相差较大,可作为控制白及质量的一项指标。
Objective: To determine the content of total phenols in white and tuberous stems in northwestern Hubei Province. Methods: The content of total phenols in white and tuber of different producing areas was determined by the method of visible-UV spectrophotometry with gallic acid as reference substance and folin-phenol colorimetric method. Results: Folin-phenol colorimetric determination of total phenol and white content, accuracy and precision. The average content of gallic acid in the range of 0.005 3-0.063 6 mg · ml -1 was linear (r = 0.999 1) and the average recovery was 98.8% with RSD 1.55% (n = 6). CONCLUSION: The content of total phenols in white and medicinal materials of 16 different habitats are quite different. The contents of white and medicinal materials in Baokangguan, Xuanziguan, Xichuan County, Henan Province and Baozhan County, Yun County are higher than 10.0% In Yun County Chengguan white and medicinal content is lower, less than 2.0%. Different white and origin, the total phenolic content of a large difference, can be used as an indicator of quality control and white.
