Collecting 44 cases of chronic hepatitis confirmed by pathology of liver biopsy in our hospital from 1993 to 1996, the treatment time was 3-38 months, averaged 9.8 months, all of whom were male, aged from 18 to 57 years with an average of 37.6 years old. The interval between two liver punctures was 2 to 34 months (mean, 16.7 months). All specimens were stained by HE. According to the standard of Beijing National Conference on Prevention and Treatment of Viral Hepatitis in 1995, all the slices were graded and staged according to the Scheuer standard. Grading, stage 2 or more to reduce significantly for the marked improvement, 1 for the progress, 0 no change, increase those who aggravate. Forty-four cases of chronic viral hepatitis were compared between the two liver puncture results, significantly improved in 9 cases, improved in 18 cases, no change in 10 cases, increased in 7 cases. According to the virus serum test results are divided into high copy, low copy, no copy of the three groups. The high copy group was positive for HBsAg, HBeAg and HBVDNA, and the positive for HBsAg, HBeAb and HBcAb in the low copy group. No replication group was HBsAg, HBcAb positive, HBV DNA negative. The degree of liver inflammation and virus replication status were compared and analyzed. The results showed that: the virus high replication liver lesions heavier, mainly G3, G4, and low replication and no replication of liver lesions lighter, mainly G1, G2-based. Of the 27 patients who progressed, 84.2% changed from high to low or no replication, of which 9 significantly improved all from high to low or no replication. In recent years, a large number of repeated liver biopsy prompted all levels of chronic hepatitis (period)
