Due to its natural photosynthetic properties, forests have become important industries that give priority to the development of the country. In particular, carbon sequestration forestry with both emission reduction and economic benefits has become an important choice for our country to promote the development of a low-carbon economy. This paper will focus on the development of carbon sequestration forestry in Shaanxi Province and analyze the opportunities and challenges of carbon sequestration forestry on promoting the development of low-carbon economy.
