在学校班级中,经常发现“三人一圈”、“五人一伙”的现象。他们放学一起走,作业一起做,生日一起过……这种不是校方规定、自发形成的联合体,就是所谓的非正式群体。这种小群体和同班集体(正式群体)共同决定着学生间的社会心理气氛及班级目标的实现。因此,班主任必须正视非正式群体的客观存在,并深入研究这一现象的客观规律,使班级内各种非正式群体与班集体的发展协调一致。班主任应如何正确对待班级中的这些群体
