为了解卡介苗停止复种时山东省结核免疫和感染状况 ,随机对全省 2 0 10 7名 0～ 12岁儿童进行了结核菌素纯蛋白衍化物(PPD)试验。结果表明 :全省平均阳性率为 35 71%,强阳性率为 7 6 6 %,且各地区和各年龄组之间均存在显著的差异 ;PPD试验阳性率与接种次数和有卡疤呈正相关 ,与接种技术和质量以及有无结核接触史有关 ;全省 0～ 12岁儿童结核自然感染率为6 75 %。
To understand the status of tuberculosis immunization and infection in stopping vaccination of BCG in Shandong Province, tuberculin pure protein derivate (PPD) test was carried out on 2,107 children aged 0-12 years at random in the province. The results showed that the average positive rate of the province was 35 71%, the strong positive rate was 76.6%, and there was a significant difference among all regions and all age groups. The positive rate of PPD test was positively correlated with the frequency of inoculation and the presence of scar , And vaccination technology and quality as well as the history of contact with or without TB; the province of children aged 0 to 12 tuberculosis natural infection rate of 6 75%.
