升降散对小鼠的免疫器官重量无明显影响，但有抑制小鼠碳粒廓清趋势，显著降低小鼠血清溶血素水平，明显抑制SRBC-DTH、PC-DTH以及小鼠耳异种及大鼠同种PCA，减轻大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒程度，显著减少右旋糖酐诱发小鼠皮肤瘙痒的次数。
There was no significant effect on the weight of immune organs in mice, but there was a tendency to suppress the clearance of carbon particles in mice, significantly reduce the level of serum hemolysin in mice, and significantly inhibited SRBC-DTH, PC-DTH, and mouse ear xenografts and rats. PCA reduced the degree of degranulation of rat periosteal mast cells and significantly reduced the number of pruritus in mice induced by dextran.
