过去,我对幼儿管得多,许多该由幼儿学着做的事情都由我包办代替。每天早上晨间活动多数是室内桌面游戏,幼儿按小组坐好,由教师发玩具,不管幼儿喜欢不喜欢这种玩具,不管本组的同伴是否合得来,都要在组内玩,不许离位,不许大声说话,玩后也在往由教师收拾玩具。结果,有的幼儿宁愿坐在位置上,什么玩具也不玩;有的幼儿则在组内哄闹。这种传统的教育思想、教育方法造成了幼儿心情不愉快,对活动不积极,个性受到了压抑,人际关系得不到发展,自理能力得不到培养。这学期改变了做法,晨间活动前,我把各种各样的玩具放在每组的桌子上,然后再让幼儿自己挑选喜爱的玩具,自己组织几个合得来的小同伴,
