由于大体积混凝土体积大厚度高,水泥水化时所产生的大量热量造成混凝土内部温度较高,易造成较大的内外温差;又由于混凝土的抗拉强度低,弹性模量小,致使混凝土开裂,影响工程质量。我司采用混凝土中掺入钢纤维和膨胀剂及一系列温度计算、测试、养护等“综合温控”施工技术,在大体积混凝土施工中取得良好效果,较好地避免了裂缝的产生,抗渗性好。近几年来我司在实际工程中的大量实践,证明钢纤维在大体积裂缝控制施工取得很好的效果及成熟的经验,值得参考。
