利用聚乙二醇(PEG)与磷酸盐的合理配比组成的双水相体系能够使猪血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)粗酶得到进一步纯化,研究结果表明,6%PEG-6000与24%磷酸盐(pH7,0)组成的双水相体系一次成相萃取,使猪血SOD粗酶的纯度提高3-5倍,活力回收70~95%,而且发现SOD在PEG/磷酸盐双水相体系中的分配行为有一定规律,使用双水相处理粗酶能有效、快速、大量使样品达到一定纯度.
