随着发动机负荷的增大,铝合金活塞的热负荷、机械负荷随之增大,于是,各种各样的问题都以事故的形式出现。 首先,看一下,由于过大的热负荷引起的问题:活塞头部热裂和热疲劳开裂。由机械负荷所引起的问题是销座上加强筋的横向裂纹,或销座裂纹。由热负荷所引起的活塞头部裂纹的问题,很早就有所发生。因此对整体活塞解决热裂的对策已经巩固下来了。但另一方面,由机械负荷引起的问题,由于过去活塞安全系数比较高,因而研究较少。最近由于频频事故发生,对与之相关部件,活塞销进行共同研究对策。
With the increase of the engine load, the heat load and the mechanical load of the aluminum alloy piston increase, so various problems occur in the form of accidents.
