以芹菜、番茄和茼蒿为供试蔬菜,在新建设施菜田上开展商品有机肥培肥的田间试验。结果表明:1)施用过量商品有机肥对蔬菜产量和品质会产生不良影响,芹菜、番茄和茼蒿施肥量超过30 000 kg/hm2时,产量不再增加,供试蔬菜均表现出随着施肥量增加硝酸盐增加的特征;2)高量商品有机肥处理对土壤培肥改良,提升土壤养分含量的效果最佳;3)综合培肥、产量、品质和经济效益,新建设施菜田商品有机肥培肥施用量应介于15 000~30 000 kg/hm2。
