根据现有煤矿螺杆式空压机控制系统能耗过大、稳定性差等问题,提出了使用PLC、变频器、组态软件等技术实现的螺杆式空压机自动控制系统改造方案,介绍了改造系统的设备选型,阐述了使用PLC与变频器实现实时监控与无级调速的方法,改造后在系统节能与稳定性方面均有显著提高,值得在煤矿企业推广。
According to the problems of excessive energy consumption and poor stability of the existing control system of screw air compressor in coal mine, a scheme of automatic control system for screw air compressor realized by using PLC, frequency converter and configuration software is proposed. System selection of equipment, described the use of PLC and inverter real-time monitoring and stepless speed control method, after the transformation of the system energy saving and stability are significantly improved, it is worth promoting in coal mining enterprises.
