本文检测了 30例未经治疗的脑囊虫病患者血清中可溶性细胞粘附分子 (sICAM)、白细胞介素 8(IL 8)、可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)以及患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)体外诱导IL 2、IFN γ及TNF α的活性 ,同时也检测了CD11a、CD11b和CD18在患者PBMC表面的表达 ,以 30例正常人作对照 ,探讨了脑囊虫病人粘附分子、细胞因子水平的变化及在免疫调节中的作用。结果显示 :脑囊虫病患者血清中sICAM I水平及患者PBMC体外诱导IL 2、IFN γ水平显著低于正常对照组 ,患者血清中IL 8、sIL 2R及患者PBMC体外诱导TNF α水平明显高于正常对照组 ,患者组的CD11b阳性细胞百分比显著高于对照组 ,但是患者PBMC表面CD11a的表达量比对照组低 ,而CD18的表达在两组间无显著性差异
The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule (sICAM), interleukin 8 (IL 8), soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in 30 untreated patients with cerebral cysticercosis (PBMC) induced IL 2, IFNγ and TNFα in vitro. Meanwhile, the expression of CD11a, CD11b and CD18 on the surface of PBMC was also detected. Thirty normal controls were used as control. The results showed that the level of sICAM I in serum of patients with cysticercosis and the level of IL-2 and IFN-γin vitro induced by PBMC in patients were significantly lower than those in normal controls. The level of IL-8 and sIL 2R in serum and PBMC in vitro were significantly higher than those in normal controls Group, the percentage of CD11b positive cells in the patient group was significantly higher than that in the control group, but the expression of CD11a on the PBMC surface was lower than that in the control group, while the expression of CD18 had no significant difference between the two groups
