目的探索硼酸毒饵对家蝇的毒性,为今后运用硼酸及其制剂防治家蝇提供科学依据。方法用乙醚对羽化后第4~5天的雌雄家蝇进行麻醉,每组选择10对雌雄家蝇分别放入不同的饲养笼中。饲养笼中放入盛有50 ml不同浓度硼酸毒饵的烧杯,每烧杯中放入大小一致的棉球,以供试验家蝇食用。24 h及48 h后观察各组雌雄家蝇的死亡情况。结果在研究的各个剂量下硼酸毒饵对敏感品系雌雄家蝇的毒性均无统计学差异,P﹥0.05;在2%、1%、0.5%、0.25%及0.125%剂量下,作用24 h后敏感家蝇的死亡率分别为100%、(83.33±7.64)%、(35.00±5.00)%、(15.00±5.00)%及0,野外家蝇的死亡率分别为100%、(81.67±2.89)%、(31.67±5.77)%、(13.33±2.89)%及0,均存在明显的剂量反应关系;在研究的各个剂量下硼酸毒饵对敏感品系及野外品系家蝇的毒性均无统计学差异,P﹥0.05。结论在一定剂量下硼酸毒饵能够有效地杀灭家蝇,在延缓家蝇对其他杀虫剂抗药性的产生上将能发挥一定作用。
Objective To explore the toxicity of boric acid baits to housefly and provide a scientific basis for the future use of boric acid and its preparation to control housefly. Methods Male and female houseflies were anesthetized with ethyl ether on the 4th to 5th day after eclosion, and 10 pairs of male and female houseflies were selected in different feeding cages. The feeding cage contains 50 ml beakers of different concentrations of boric acid bait, and a cotton ball of the same size is placed in each beaker for consumption by the test housefly. After 24 h and 48 h, the deaths of male and female flies in each group were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the toxicity of boric acid baits between the male and female insects of the susceptible strains at all the doses studied, P> 0.05. After being exposed to 2%, 1%, 0.5%, 0.25% and 0.125% The mortality rates of house flies were 100% (83.33 ± 7.64)%, (35.00 ± 5.00)%, (15.00 ± 5.00)% and 0, respectively. The mortality rates of house flies were 100%, 81.67 ± 2.89% , (31.67 ± 5.77)%, (13.33 ± 2.89)% and 0, respectively. There was no significant difference in the toxicity of boric acid bait between the susceptible and wild-type Musca domestica at each dose studied, P > 0.05. Conclusion Boric acid bait can effectively kill housefly at a certain dose, which will play a role in retarding the generation of drug resistance of housefly to other insecticides.
