建筑热工参数研究是建筑节能及改善室内热环境的必然途径。为利用国外的先进技术,我国原城乡建设环境保护部科技局和瑞典建筑研究委员会于1986年5月在瑞典签署了对我国建筑节能进行合作研究的协议。双方的专家对我国不同气候区的具有普遍意义的多层(4~6层)住宅建筑进行了初步的参数分析。本文对已进行的研究做一初步归纳。根据气候等情况,我国大致可分为五个区域:东北、华北、华中、华南及西北地区。这里分别取哈尔滨、北京、广州和西宁作为东北、华北、华南和西北的代表城市,济南、南京作为华中,即过渡
The study of building thermal parameters is an inevitable way for building energy conservation and improving the indoor thermal environment. In order to make use of advanced foreign technology, the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the former Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and the Swedish Architectural Research Committee signed an agreement on the cooperation in the study of building energy conservation in China in May 1986. Experts of both parties conducted preliminary parameter analysis on multi-storey (4-6 floors) residential buildings of different significance in China. This article makes a preliminary summary of the research that has been conducted. According to climate conditions, China can be roughly divided into five regions: Northeast China, North China, Central China, South China, and Northwest China. Here, Harbin, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Xining are taken as the representative cities of Northeast China, North China, South China, and Northwest China respectively. Jinan and Nanjing are the central cities of China.
