本文针对25Cr2Ni4Mo V钢发电机转子化学成分进行了内控,重点分析我公司以往生产的此类发电机转子冶炼方式、化学成分、晶粒度、夹杂物、碳当量、性能结果、工艺参数进行总结、统计分析,拟定出合理的化学成分内控方案。并通过实际生产试验,摸索适当降低主要合金元素含量对电机转子产品质量是否有影响,最终有针对性制定了合理化学成分。结果表明该工艺方案在保证发电机转子各项性能指标合格的前提下明显降低了产品制造成本。
In this paper, the chemical composition of 25Cr2Ni4Mo V steel rotor was internal controlled, and the previous production methods of the rotor smelting, chemical composition, grain size, inclusions, carbon equivalent, performance results and process parameters of our generator were analyzed in detail. Statistical analysis, to develop a reasonable chemical composition of internal control programs. And through the actual production test, explore whether the appropriate reduction of the main alloy content of the motor rotor product quality have an impact, the final formulation of a reasonable chemical composition. The results show that the process scheme can significantly reduce the product manufacturing cost under the premise of ensuring the various performance indexes of the generator rotor.
